Your rental rate quoted to you by IsraelPhones is in effect only for your group's scheduled trip. If you would like to extend your rental beyond that date you must contact IsraelPhones before the end of the return date on your contract.
Please note that all rentals are given a five day grace period in which to return their rental equipment with no penalties, provided there is no usage on the line during that grace period. After that point, a $5 charge per day is incurred as late fees on the account, in addition to all standard rental fees and plans selected. The account will remain open until the customer advises otherwise or until account review concludes that the account should be closed and charged a non refundable fee for non return of the rental equipment

Ben Gurion Airport
Mail the phone/SIM from the Ben-Gurion Airport Office, via registered mail, to our Israel address.  
The post office is located in "Ha'shchakim" Mall on the 3rd floor of terminal 3 – after check-in, before the doors for "ticketed passengers only".
How to mail the phone/SIM back to us:
  1. Ask the Post Office representative for a pre-paid IsraelPhones registered envelope
  2. Insert the phone/SIM or other device in the envelope and seal shut
  3. Ask the Post Office representative for a tracking number (It is very important to keep this number as the tracking number is proof of return)

Open Sunday – Thurs 7am- midnight, Friday 7am -14pm, Saturdays CLOSED. $7.50 is charged to your account for the service.
Please note that phones cannot be dropped off at the Post Office when it is closed. Phones cannot be placed in the mailbox.
Mail
Mail the phone/SIM back to your local IsraelPhones office at your own expense. Send the equipment via registered mail only and keep the tracking number for your records. Please contact IsraelPhones for the closest location to return your device.
Please do not mail the phone/SIM from outside of Israel to our Israel office. Also do not send the phone/SIM from one country to another as the phone/SIM can be seized in customs. The Phone/SIM may not reach us due to international customs regulations and theCustoms Authority issues a high fee for releasing the equipment.
Using the supplied FedEx Return Shipping Envelope (for phones delivered in the US only):
When utilizing the supplied FedEx Return Shipping Envelope please be aware that a $15 charge will appear on your final bill for this service.
Pick Up
Call IsraelPhones for a pickup from your final destination in Israel 48 hours before your departure + $19 charged to your account.
 
 
 
Please note: If you return your phone to someone other than an IsraelPhones representative, or to the Ben-Gurion Airport Post Office, you are fully responsible for the return of the phone to our offices and for any calls that may exist until the phone is returned.
We advise against returning the rental through any means other than the 3 options mentioned above, as you will incur late return fees if the phone is returned late or you will be charged for the phone if it is not returned.
